Guest policy and visitor fees

Members are welcome to bring guests. The policy balances that against members' own access to courts.

Allowance and fees

• Every member gets one free guest visit per calendar month. It does not roll over.
• After that, guests are 8 per visit off-peak and 12 per visit peak.
• The same guest may visit a maximum of six times per club year. After six visits we will ask them to consider a membership, which is the fairer arrangement for everyone.
• Junior guests (under 18) are 5 at any time.

Fees are added to the host member's monthly statement. Guests do not pay at the desk.

Booking

Name the guest when you book the court - choose Guest rather than a member name and type their full name. Unnamed guests cannot be covered by the club's insurance, which is why we ask.

Rules for guests

• Guests must be accompanied on court by the host member at all times.
• Guests may not enter club competitions, the ladder, or league matches.
• Guests may use the changing rooms and the bar at member rates when hosted.
• The host member is responsible for their guest's conduct and for any damage.

Trial memberships

If a guest is seriously considering joining, a two-week trial membership is better value at 35 and includes unlimited off-peak play and one group coaching session. Ask at the front desk or raise a ticket in Membership & Billing.
