How to renew your membership online

Renewal opens on 1 March each year and closes on 31 March. Courts cannot be booked from 1 April without an active membership.

Steps

1. Sign in to the member portal at members.srtc.example.com.
2. Open My Account > Membership.
3. Check that your category, address and emergency contact are correct.
4. Select Renew for the coming year.
5. Choose a single payment or four quarterly instalments.
6. Pay by card or direct debit and wait for the confirmation screen.

You will receive a receipt by email within a few minutes and your digital membership card refreshes overnight.

If your renewal does not appear

• Card declined - the most common cause is an expired card on file. Update it under Payment methods and retry.
• Renew button missing - renewal has not opened yet, or your account is already renewed. Check My Account > Membership for the expiry date.
• Wrong category shown - do not renew. Raise a ticket in the Membership & Billing queue and we will correct the category first, so you are not charged twice.

Late renewals

Memberships not renewed by 31 March lapse and court booking is suspended. You can still renew in April and May at the standard fee. From 1 June a 25 reinstatement fee applies and your ladder position is reset.
