How to book a court on the member portal

Booking window

Members can book seven days ahead, from 7:00am. Indoor courts 7 and 8 open at the same time and go quickly in winter.

Steps

1. Sign in at members.srtc.example.com or open the SRTC app.
2. Choose Book a court.
3. Pick the date, then the court. Grey slots are already taken, striped slots are reserved for coaching or league matches.
4. Select the start time. Slots are 60 minutes for singles and 90 minutes for doubles.
5. Add your playing partners. At least one other named member is required for singles, three for doubles.
6. Confirm. The booking appears immediately under My bookings and you get a confirmation email.

Adding a guest

Choose Guest instead of a member name and enter the guest's full name. The guest fee is charged to your account at the end of the month. See Guest policy and visitor fees.

Floodlights

Outdoor courts 5 and 6 have floodlights from October to March. Book the slot as normal, then tap Add floodlights to add a token to the booking. Tokens are 4 each and are charged monthly.

Common problems

• "You have reached your booking limit" - you already hold the maximum of three future bookings. Cancel one or wait until a booking is played.
• No slots visible for the date - the day is more than seven days out, or the courts are closed for a club event.
• Cannot add a partner - their membership has lapsed. They need to renew before they can be named on a booking.
